Purpose: Chapters have been established in various counties and regions
through out New York State to bring together horse folks of all disciplines to consolidate
issues and provide educational information for that specific area. The President of these
chapters sits on the Board of the NYSHC and carries the vote for the chapter in all
matters related to the NYSHC. All chapter members receive a copy of the NYSHC Newsletter
published quarterly.
